My latest fosteree for adoption

My latest fosteree arrived this evening. She's a brown tabby estimated to be about 14 months old. I decided to try to rehome her, as she's recently started to visit MIL at her doorstep on the 4th storey, which is not a good idea, as there are cat-haters living nearby.

I haven't decided on her name yet, and so far I've called her Mimi (which she responds to, but which uncle S does not like because it's the name of the brat cat at MIL's), Jackie and Joey. Maybe I'll settle on Jackie as I like slightly masculine names, and this cat looks like a sweet and strong gal.

Being caged for litter bin training

Actually, I wasn't familiar with this cat at all, although I've seen her several times. But she seemed like a sweet gentle cat, so I thought she would be a good candidate to rehome. Before long, she had used the litter tray to pee, and I've already let her out of the cage tonight. I think she's a smart gal, as she instinctively knew which is the scratching post, including a wooden plank which Sanju had used previously.

So far, my instincts about her have proven right, and although a bit shy initially, she quickly warmed up to me and have become very affectionate. I shall give her a bath tomorrow and groomed her up to take some photos.

Hi Auntie P,

I LOVE your site. Thanks you for all the action your taking for our sweet little babies. I'm not just a cat person but a animal person!

I have volunteered at no kill animal shelters and right now have a sweet little doll named Lucy who is a short haited black cat.

I'm going to bookmark your page and send it to a few friends who are also cat lovers
