I am aware that it is difficult to catch abusers red-handed in order to prosecute them.

However, this is no excuse for the lack of concern shown when cases of abuse are reported to the authorities.

By reporting such crimes and asking for eye witnesses through posters, the police can make it known that they are patrolling in neighbourhoods where such activities are taking place.

This can act as a deterrent and encourage residents to step forward with information.
