Cat grass - 2nd batch in progress

I planted the 2nd batch of cat grass last Monday night, in plastic containers recycled from small water bottles. One of them is for the cat sisters while the other is for the brat at MIL's.

I realised later that I had cut the containers too low, as the soil will be push upwards to a higher level when the grass and roots grow, so the soil may spill out later.

The grass sprouted after 2.5 days, and this is how it looks like on the 3rd day (evening).
