Special cat food

Speaking of food gifts, I was given these Hill's S/D special C/D kibbles by Mighty Mouse, as her cat Skoda refused to eat them, even though it was specially prescribed for her condition. These are supposed to help reduce the formation of crystals in the cat's urine and prescribed by her vet. The vet had repeatedly assured MM that it can be given to normal cats, but her two other cats also refused to eat these highly unpopular kibbles... haha!

Since it's a sin to waste cat food when there are hungry community cats that need feeding, I've been mixing the unpopular kibbles with the RC Fit 32 kibbles (80% RC, 20% unpopular kibbles) and feeding them to the community cats and to Coco as well. Perhaps the smell of the popular RC kind of overwhelms everything, as so far, I've not had problems with cats picking them out or rejecting them... they eat them all up. :-)

Good to hear that the community cats are taking OK to the S/D kibbles. When I was feeding them to my rascals, I ended up discarding most of them everyday.

I have almost 2 big packs of SD zd (low allergen formmula) opened and not consumed as CC is rejecting them. The rest would also not touch it.

You want for the community cats? My side no more community cats already.

Dear KXBCY's papa, my mommy says at this rate of collection hor, she will soon become the karang guni of cat food! Kekekeke!!

Mommy was wondering when she won't have to mix the RC with the SD anymore, as she still has quite a bit of the SD from Skoda's mommy. Anyway, she doesn't mind accepting your kind offer (so as not to waste food), though she may have to pass some to Ah Mah-in-law, if you don't mind.

Community cats can't be as picky as us spoiled house pets. You're very good to feed them.

No problem as long as the food is not wasted. Coco may like them too (cats with no allergies can consume too according to the vet). It smells rather nice, like Coco Crunch. Pour in some milk and I can have it for breakfast too. Lots of protein (>30%) but the fat content is very high as well. :)

The food has been stored in Tupperware so it's still very crunchy and fresh. I can pass them to you this weekend (Sun/Mon is good) and if you wish, maybe see the kxbc gang as well? If not convenient, I can always drop it off at/near your place. I think we live quite near each other. I have met KSN before so she can tell you that I am no monster. Right, KSN?

Drop me a mail at mygreedycat@yahoo.com to confirm. I believe you may have my HP number as well.

Coco Crunch? Parng (fragrance in Hokkien) intended? If it smells as good as Koko Krunch, I won't mind trying it. Haha! Eh...so how many kgs do you have (so that I can bring the appropriate Zip Lock bags/containers)?

If Sat cannot, then Sunday lor. Monday is not a weekend for me leh. I already have your email. Please line up the kxbcy gang for neck scratches from me and my manpower. :)

I have approx 2 x 2kg (a little less than that) packs. But I will go home to check before I confirm.

Sunday late morning should be good for me and the gang. They are usually not asleep that time. But they are afraid of strangers, especially men. They may tolerate female strangers but never men, because they are girls mah. Shy you know. :)

You're welcome XX. Was it the salmon or the Jap treats (I haven't tried it)? What about the others? Not interested in treats?
