Yesterday afternoon, together with Vegancat and Carol, we visited Sanju at his new home to finalise his adoption. Sanju's new mummy, C, and her mummy (Sanju's grandma?) who is visiting were both at home to meet us. When C opened the door with Sanju perched on her shoulder, I was so happy to see Sanju that I clapped my hands in glee! Hahaa...I couldn't help it sometimes. Upon entering the home, all attention was immediately focused on Sanju, with everyone eager to talk about Sanju and ask about him. My goodness...I think we almost sounded like mothers who can talk of nothing else but their kids! :P
Sanju's eyes and flu have very much cleared up, although he is still on antibiotics treatment. He has also filled up a bit, and has become more energetic and playful than ever. His coat (with lots of soft, down hair underneath) still remains just as lovely, and which uncle S love to kiss.
Not only does Sanju have very nice, loving parents, he also has a nice home to live and run around - it's a double-storey penthouse, and I believe the aircon is usually kept running when the folks are at home. In addition to the scratching post with a hanging ball and other toys, Sanju's parents have also gotten him one big, fantastic cat tree to entertain himself with. Lucky cat!

Sanju looks really happy. It's things like that that makes it all worthwhile whether its rescue, fostering or sponsoring ...

I read with tears in my eyes...all the best, Sanju, he with the pug nose. It is great to see that he is loved. Aunty P, when are you gonna foster another one?
Cat aunty, you're so sweet. It's funny you commented on his pug nose, coz Sanju's mummy also said he has a big nose, and also big dangling things behind...haha! ;P His mummy does love Sanju to bits, and will bring him for sterilisation when he gets really healthy.
The next foster cat...hmm...will see how things go. :)
