Roach-busters striked again

The cat sisters woke me up at 4am last night. I got up to check on them, but didn't know the cause of their excitement and was about to return to bed, when I noticed Coco looking intently under the rug. I flipped the rug and saw an almost flattened cockroach with 5 legs left! *controlled shriek*

I managed to throw the roach out of the window clumsily, and went to sayang the cats, but poor Snowy ran away from me! She'd probably thought they'd done something wrong and was going to get a lecture from me. I guess she's not so gong gong after all. Heheh!

By the way, just checking:

Does anyone know of a vet clinic that is willing to take in stray cats for sterilisation without an appointment?

I don't think they are scared of the roach. Maybe they were angry with you for throwing away a perfectly good piece of mid night snack!!

Kekeke.

Yeah, there goes their midnight snack.

At least you found the cockroach body still intact. In our household, with 5 cats, often times we only find 1 or 2 legs but no body! But look on the bright side, now your house is free of cockroaches.

I'm not sure I want the cat sisters to eat up any roaches that strayed into our home!

Chee, with 5 cats, you should start a cat blog. :)

auntie p, it's not that I want them to be roach-busters either, but who knows what they get up to at night. Luckily for us we don't get too many cockroaches coming into our house in the first place.

As for starting a blog... hmmm... yes... well it has been suggested to me already a few times by other people... and I need to invest in a digital camera to take pictures of the 5 brats. I'm probably one of the last few in Singapore to still own a film camera!
