I have seen lots of this type of pictures on the web. I think the bad English is intentional...
I think the spy in the last picture is the one who is winking(the third cat). All others, including the dog appear to be happy. hehehe
the bad grammer is intensional
The third cat is the one saying "i think there is a spy among us"
to the 'funny cats' peson: the spy is the dog but he looks like a cat, you dont get it do you?
