Hmm... my mind is kinda blank now

Someone has gone home with a very nice and handsome couple on a trial adoption. They love her and her sweet, docile temperament. I have no doubt she will get along with the couple's first cat, an eight-month old cat which they'd rescued from the streets. What we are all worried about is that their first cat might bully her, and things don't work out.

I just hope the introduction will go well, and I wish them patience and good luck!

Ps: we knew we have to manage our own emotions whenever a foster cat gets adopted, but what we hadn't reckoned this time was that we have to deal with the "sort-of guilt" of having to separate Coco from her sister/pal. Coco almost broke uncle S' heart when she went around the flat meowing loudly for Snowy (while I was downstairs catching a cab for the couple).

Please adopt Coco too. They are so happy together.
What are the reason for not adopting Coco?

Coco is alone? Poor girl. Can ask them to take both, esp if Snowy seetles in well?

I would have taken Coco if I can only choose one.

The couple just wanted another cat to accompany the kitty they already have, and it's difficult to rehome them cats if I insist on having them adopted together. The fact is, Coco is not the prettiest cat that will catch people's eyes. Just look at the CWS adoption page - it's always pedigree, followed by the more exotic or prettiest cats that get adopted first.

Like kxbc, both uncle S and I prefer Coco if we're asked to choose one, although each cat will have her own charm.

But at least Snowy's getting a good deal out of this.

Coco is pretty. I thnk she looks like Lucie.

Then again I'm biased. I have two torties, Lucie and Polly. And I think they're gorgeous.

Awww ... Poor Coco, I am sure she will get used to having the house all to herself :) Hope Snowy's adoption trial goes well too. Torties are sweet cats, I have grown to like them!
